On April 21, 2021, the Vermont Department of Public Service ("Department") requested the Commission to open a proceeding to conduct Overall Performance Assessments ("OPA") of the State's three Energy Efficiency Utilities ("EEUs")- Burlington Electric Department ("BED"), Efficiency Vermont, and Vermont Gas Systems ("VGS"). The Commission and the Department are reviewing these three entities' performances as EEUs as a routine part of their oversight of State's Energy Efficiency Utilities. The Commission is requesting comments for overall performance assessments for the Energy Efficiency Utilities.
