Rule 5.300 -- Proposed Amendment (EEU-2010-07)

Proposed Amendment to Board Rule 5.300 - Energy Efficiency Charge

The Public Service Board ("Board") determined in Orders dated November 24, 2009, and June 25, 2010, in Docket No. 7466 that the Contract Administrator position would no longer be needed under the Order of Appointment structure, and that certain of the Contract Administrator's functions still needed to be performed, and reassigned those functions effective August 1, 2010.

Certain of these functions relate to the calculation of the Energy Efficiency Charge ("EEC") rate pursuant to Board Rule 5.300.  Accordingly, the Board is seeking to amend Board Rule 5.300 to reflect the elimination of the Contract Administrator position and the reassignment of certain of the Contract Administrator's functions to the Department of Public Service.
