The Public Hearing will commence at 6:45 P.M., or immediately following a presentation at 6:30 P.M. hosted by the Vermont Department of Public Service. Green Mountain Power Corrporation; the Village of Morrisville Water & Light Department, and the Village of Johnson Water & Light Department will describe the project and answer questions about project details.
