The Public Hearing will commence at 7:00 P.M.
Prior to the public hearing, at 6:30 P.M., the Vermont Department of Public Service will host a presentation by Washington Electric Cooperative Inc. during which time the utility will describe the rate design changes and rate scheduled and answer questions.
