“Legacy cases” are older Public Service Board cases that were started before ePSB was available, and if they are still open, will continue to be processed in paper. A legacy case designation does not by itself indicate whether a case is open or closed. Information is available in ePSB about some legacy cases.
- All Board orders issued in legacy cases after January 1, 2017, will be added to ePSB when they are issued.
- Older Board orders continue to be added to ePSB. Eventually all older Board orders will be included in ePSB.
- Parties’ filings that were posted on a “major case page” on the Board’s old website continue to be added to ePSB.
