UPC Wind Project Petition in Sheffield & Sutton

UPC Vermont Wind, LLC, on February 22, 2006, formally requested Public Service Board approval to construct a wind generation facility in Sheffield and Sutton Vermont. The company must obtain a "Certificate of Public Good" from the Public Service Board for the project in order to go forward. The case in which the Board will consider UPC's application is Docket 7156.
