Technical Hearings

      Technical hearings related to the direct testimony of the parties were held on eleven days in February between February 11 and February 26, 2013.  Technical hearings related to the rebuttal and surrebuttal testimony are scheduled for two weeks in June, beginning on June 17, 2013.
